With WWE looking alot harder at ROH's talent pool there are two things people need to realize.

1. Some major ROH stars will end up in WWE or TNA.

2. Their departures create openings in the upper midcard/main event level for ROH.

So with that in mind who do you think has what it takes to break through to the upper levels and lead ROH in the next 3 to 5 years?

Austin Aries - I don't see him leaving to go to either TNA or WWE. He could be the Tommy Dreamer of ROH, staying with them until the end.

Roderick Strong - In the same category as Aries. He's deserving of a title run, long overdue.

Edwards & Richards - A breakup storyline between them would be good, but they should continue what they're doing as a team at least until the end of the year.

Kenny Omega - Awesome. I think he can really connect with the crowd if he's given the chance and be a major face.

Adam Pearce - He's a pure heel, and if he shows up to every show as a booker, he should be able to wrestle.

Human Tornado - He could be like Omega, another fun heel that should be good when he's serious, like I've seen in PWG.

Erick Stevens - He's another guy that needs to step up. He can go, but I don't think the fans really got him over/rode his penis.

Jimmy Jacobs - What the hell happened to him?

They could add Kendrick, B-Boy, TJ Perkins, Lost, Shiima Xion, Val Venis, Cheech & Cloudy, Chuck Taylor, Dan Maff and Kevin Thorn (It's a Twilight thing.) I want to see more high flyers in ROH too. to name a lot. But it isn't really the roster that sucks, it's mostly the booking. There's nothing that's hot and interesting with the new booking, IMO.

I think the main, obvious one is Tyler Black. For the last forever people chant "Next World Champ". I think him and Aries could definetly carry the company as the top heel and the top face.

As I mentioned, Austin Aries. I really don't think this is what WWE is looking for and he'll be one to stick with 'em. Definetly, one of the best heels today.

Chris Hero. ----------> (get ready for extra period) ---> .

And I could definetly see them pushing so many people up from lower card to midcard. Alex Payne, Sami Callihan, and Silas Young whilst pushing Roddy Strong, Erick Stevens, and Brent Albright into ME scene. And at the same time, recruiting people from their school, smaller indies and what not.

I'd liked to see Chucky T get a decent shot in ROH at some point. I'm also a little surprised that Mike Quackenbush hasn't gotten more ROH exposure (although I can understand it since he has Chikara to take care of). As far as other outsiders go I think Joey Ryan would do good (him and Aries can compete for most 70s porn star stache).

I have been hoping for that forever. I've heard ROH is down on him for some reason though, which is kinda sad. Another stupid move is letting go of Jacobs. (Who has departed the company already. :n: ) As far as to who is gonna be at the top of ROH, I think we could see Delirious get thrust up there, Roderick Strong, The Wolves, Jimmy Rave, Aires and Black, Omega and maybe Petey Williams. =.

Chris Hero and Davey Richards. Chris Hero has just been amazing ever since he went to NOAH.

There are quite a few that WWE could be looking at, Chris Hero, Tyler Black, Colt Cabana again, if those three were to somehow stay with the company I would see them as three of the top guys, Hero and Cabana deserve title shots or atleast shots at the title while Black still needs to prove himself imo, he would be a major pick for WWE though because he is still so young and can improve in FCW.

I don't see Austin Aries going anywhere which is good, he's doing well in ROH and will be carrying it for a while until they find some more top stars which shouldn't be hard. There are alot of guys that are able to step up and Main Event but there are only a few that most likely will, whoever Pearce decides to go with. Strong, Cabana, Williams, Albright, Richards, Edwards, Steenerico, they could all be top stars as well as a few more, Omega and Kenny King would be the really young guys I could see stepping up and getting around the level that Tyler Black is atm.

There are alot of new tag teams that could step up too, the tag division is really good lately with the Young Bucks, Dark City Fight Club and Super Smash Bros all in ROH regularly. Youve still got House of Truth and Cheech and Cloudy who have been alright and could go well.

There are lots of other guys that could be signed, London, Kendrick, Chuck Taylor, Quack, The Colony, bring Jacobs back, theres plenty of talent out there, lots of Japanese dudes too.

Kevin Thorn (It's a Twilight thing.)

Thorn owns but sadly he's been wrestling dark matches for TNA :(

...Black still needs to prove himself imo,

Finally! Someone who shares the same opinion as me about Black!

For some reason, I just don't ever see Cabana or Strong ever getting the title.
