Pretty much impossible to predict.
Based around early rumours and hopes for WM29, Austin/Punk & Lesnar/Taker are possible headline matches, but I doubt they'll have the title on the line in them. Cena & Orton are obvious possibilities, but traditionally the heel enters WM with the title so unless one of them turns, that's not as likely.
So basically, whoevers doing a good job heeling it up in 12 months time, and that could literally be anyone.
