Who should be holding Smackdown titles?

Here is what I would love to see. Dolph teams up with Bryan. The wreck havoc all over SD with Rowan as their enforcer. DB/Zigger and Rowan get all the SD gold, except for the ladies titles. They hold all the gold for a long time and during this time add 1 or 2 more people to their team that becomes a faction.

They can add Becky as a member with the title or if she won’t transition from badass face to heel then have her drop the title to Mandy w/ Sonya And add them to the faction
