Which design should I use for a tat?

I absolutely love all of them. The only problem with any of these is that I have seen a few different people with #3 as a tat. But if it's "the best" I have no problem getting it as well.

I say number 3. Looks more "tattoo'ish" as a style than the others.

I edited #2 to have it look more like I would get it done. I know the cut is pretty bad, but the tattooist will know what to do. And I think I'm in love with this idea, so it may go on my right arm where I had another tattoo planned.
