He's still working house shows. Most likely fine tuning the gimmick and waiting with debuting him until after WM. Considering the momentum the Shield picked up and now Bo Dallas they are probably avoiding debuting him so as to avoid losing him in the shuffle.

Yeah, they're probably going to have him debut after WM, could see it being that. Other people like Bray Wyatt, Kassius Ohno and Paige will probably debut then as well.

According to reports off the house show circuit he is apparently really good at playing the character and getting heat. So he could wind up being a success who knows.

Sandow's gimmick could be considered cheesy and stupid, but he plays the role perfectly. Could be the case here as well.
