Where To Slot The Perfect 10?

So...if there was one shining moment in the Royal Rumble this year it was the
appearance of Tye Dillinger and great crowd response he received...It would
have nice if he lasted a little longer than 5 minutes (Say 10!)...but still...I'm being
positive here.

Now there is a lot to like about Tye Dillinger...his in-ring skills are great, his theme
music is epic as hell (Seriously...it sounds like a superhero theme from a movie) and
of course...we all love those 10 chants.

The question I ask you...is which brand would you have Tye Dillinger on and
what "role" would you see him play.

I personally would draft him to SmackDown and have him be a fill-in tag team
partner for Mojo Rawley (With the name of 5 & 10...get it?) while Zack Ryder
heals up & then move him into the mid-card to feud with the Miz or Baron Corbin
over the Intercontinental title.

Like I said...where would you slot the Perfect 10 and how would you use him?

I honestly say let him win the NXT title and hold it for a bit before he is called up to the main roster. He is over as hell, but right now they could still use bodies in NXT.

The dude's been in NXT for a long time, it's time to move on to the main roster.

Yes, he's way over, much like Tyler Breeze used to be, but he was never going to win the big one, he was there to put talent over.

So, his reward will be a promotion to the main roster (to SD, hopefully) as a result of his hard work.

I know he started a singles gimmick called "The Perfect 10" and this was all part of the gimmick and it caught on like wildfire.

I think he could be a good IC champion in SD. Maybe have a similar trajectory to the Miz.

Dillinger was about to be moved to Smackdown according to reports but Vince stopped it for some reason, either

1) he just doesn't look ready in the boss' eyes yet

2) he wouldn't let Braun look strong XD

Yeah...I read that...I think its a case of "Daniel Bryan Syndrome"
again...you know...when a wrestler becomes wildly popular but
the WWE doesn't actually want them to be popular.

Realistically Dillinger should be in the SmackDown mid-card
fighting The Miz, Ziggler, Corbin and Ambrose and leading
the crowds in 10 chants everywhere he goes.

Part of me loves the thought of Vince being pissed off that
Tye Dillinger can get over with the Perfect 10 gimmick
and yet they just just can't get Reigns over no matter
what they do.
