The Chancery Court of Tennessee in Davidson County officially ordered an injunction against former TNA and WWE office staffer Brian Wittenstein on 8/20 for Wittenstein's alleged role in the TNA lawsuit against him and WWE.
The order, which was finalized after Wittenstein never responded to the lawsuit (although he did respond to TNA with a signed document giving his version of the situation), ordered Wittenstein to:

*Return all information he downloaded from TNA onto his "flash drive" after leaving his employment there.

*Not speak of any TNA information to any third parties including WWE.

*Not breach any agreements he had signed with TNA.

The temporary order against WWE had already been lifted after they had proven to the court that there was no digital copy of any material Wittenstein allegedly handed over to John Laurinaitis.

While the lawsuit is still ongoing, it's not clear what the next step will be, but there is no current injunction or order against WWE.

They are really dragging this out to much. Will be glad when this is over.
