for the record, the box showed up on tuesday, I shipped it back out the same day. I got an email and tracking records showed it was received by them Wednesday morning. Around 6pm on Wednesday I got another e-mail saying they processed a replacement unit for me and gave me a new tracking number. It shipped from them on Thursday and I got my replacement on Friday. It works perfect and is now covered for 3 years again for Red Ring of Death. lol Oh and they sent me 1 month of X-Box Live for the incovinence of having to send my system in (even though I only called them last Saturday)
