My guess is Summerslam and against whoever the champ is at that time. When do you guys think DB will be back in action, and when he does return who will he be feuding with?

It wouldn't make sense if he went right back after the champion. He'd have to get some retribution on Stephanie somehow (probably more Kane matches UGH) because they worked so hard to make sure he wasn't champion, then have him stripped of the belt, why would they put him back in the title scene so quick? I hope they find a way to do it where it makes sense though.

Yea good point. Maybe against triple H again? Idk, I feel like they will put him in title picture again, and probably screw him out of the match for a couple months or so.

Only problem with this is that it's literally going to feel like the whole damn program he worked with The Authority after losing the WWE title the first time around.

If he's not going to be put right back into the title picture (which I really wouldn't mind, regardless of logic) then I wouldn't mind seeing him in a proper feud with Triple H. There's enough there they could change up to not make it a complete rehash of Bryan's chase for the title. They could also through in Seth Rollins if he's still with Evolution by then.

Problem with the mix tag is that it would pretty much telegraph that it would have to come down to Bryan and Trips one on one, in which case people will just wonder why they don't just have a singles match to begin with. Also Stephanie and Brie are too limited in the ring to carry the match, not least on PPV.

They wont chuck him straight back in the title hunt for a good few months to make sure the neck is healed fully as to not cause a repeat of what happened. Trips/Bryan is probably the way they wanna go atm, but with no WWE Champ for the time being it's hard to really see who he will be feuding with as of yet.

I would love to see Steph vs Brie though, it would be amazing to see Steph get smacked around a bit. If it ends with HHH and DB anyways, why not.

Steph/Trish 01 says otherwise

What does it say otherwise? It was a fairly entertaining lower card attraction, nothing more, nothing less. The mix tag idea would work as a raw match, but not on PPV IMO.

Well you are flat out wrong, a mix tag where you guarantee the biggest heel (Steph) gets a beat down would be a big draw. Austin/McMahon Rumble 99 style.

As much as I am loving Steph's current heel run it can not live up to her father's feud with Austin. Not to mention WWF was so hot back then most of the shows were drawing insane numbers.
