When is Fandango going to debut?

He'll be debuting on Smackdown if anything. I haven't seen any promos for him, maybe WWE changed their mind about his character. We already have a dancing idiot in Brodus Clay, why would we need two?

He was at Smackdown 12.1.12 when I was there at a house show. He was going against Ted Dibiase Jr.

First off. It's Fandango, not Fandangoo.

And I think they just postponed his debut so as to not take too much attention of the shield (in theory).
Vince is relatively high on the Fandango character and believes he can be a reasonably succesfull heel so I expect him to debut pretty soon
