Time to spruce this section up with some simple, enjoyable discussion. No more chicks with dicks, no more stupid drug and stoner threads, just some simple stuff everyone can relate to.Simple enough.

Who here cooks? For the kids? For your better half? Just for yourself? Do you enjoy cooking? What are some of the things you enjoy cooking? How did you learn?

Myself personally, back in San Antonio I was cooking on a near daily basis for my lady, as long as she did the cleaning. It's cheaper than dinning out and it almost always tastes better. I wasn't a chef by any means by I could cook fairly well and I always got a sense of satisfaction when my lady enjoyed it or a guest. I learned a few things from my daddy, but I'm nowhere near his level and I wish I could grill like this man, but I will always rely on him to make me his rub, his own personal blend of spices he mixes.

Some of the things I like to make include ribs, enchiladas, Beef stroganoff, fuckin steak and this really easy chicken dish that is chicken breast wrapped in bacon, covered in a sourcream-mushroom sauce. I also enjoy making lamb steaks and cornish hens. And I've tried all sorts of different things like ground lamb burgers to chicken fried steak. It's fun cooking and even more rewarding when something you try to make for the first time comes out rather excellent. It's a far better time than the old days when my wretched mother would cook and my sister and I would either toss it under the table or stuff it into those old vinyl kitchen chairs that were popular in the 80's that would rip easily. Then we'd give it to the dogs and seriously, many times they wouldn't eat it.

I honestly love to cook. On occaison, I'm allowed to cook dinner for the house and I always get positive feedback. I cook anything from italian dishes to mexican and cajun dishes. I never thought about taking it up as a career, but if I need something to fall back on, cooking will be that thing.

Once I move out with the woman, I'm going to cook more. I stick to the standard stuff right now though. House is too crowed right now and I'll be damned if I cook for those bastards.

Meh, I'm an okay cook. I used to cook for my family at least once a week, but I really couldn't be bothered. Plus my little brother is an awesome cook and loves doing it, so I'm much happier with him cooking. I only cook once every blue moon if I finally relent to my mum's nagging.

I enjoy cooking, I used to cook quite often but I hardly ever do anymore. If I have time I usually cook myself breakfast whether it be pancakes, french toast or something egg related because eggs are about the easiest thing to cook.

I can cook anything.

Seriously, there hasn't been anything I've tried to make that hasn't turned out spectacularly.
