If you were in Matt Hardy's shoes. We all know the story of Matt Hardy's downward spiral.... Many have called it immature and retarted, other said he stood up for himself and blah blah blah.

So the question in if YOU were Matt Hardy what would you have done after Jeff left and you were basically riding the Hardy name until you couldn't anymore, and after he leaves you are consistantly depushed until you are rarely, if ever on TV. Would you have swallowed your pride and lived with being the jobber of the future stars and collect a fat pay check, or would you have done everything in your power to get granted a release?

Stayed, jobbed and got paid whilst trying to score a job behind the scenes.

I don't see what WWE have done to Matt that's so bad by him...?

He's just unlucky... They initiated a nice looking push as a heel but that got fucked up by his broken arm. Then he had an illness which he's visibly not bounced back from.

His spot on the card matched what he had to offer to the company in 2010 when you consider the stage he's at in his career and his physical decline.

If jobbing like fuck in order to get the next gen ready is good enough for a classic talent like Jericho then it's certainly MORE than good enough for the fat, other Hardy brother.

Stayed, jobbed and collected a fat check. They could have easily used him in some backstage capacity in the future. Road Agent, trainer, businessman, whatever. Plenty of former stars have gone on to long time careers backstage in the business. Nothing wrong with retiring in your 30's when your body is 90% done as is and "settling down".

Or you could be the drunks from ECW Originalz and vodka, meth and soma your way through the indies for another 15 years while you pay off debts with no medical insurance.

^Twice a month? Why.... If your bro is the WHC and its a rather small company, I'd expect to be on TV alot.

If he was on TV a lot, then he would be on at least twice a month, dumbass.

Twice a month and get a whole bunch of money. Sounds like a typical Hogan or Nash move. I can't blame them though. Blame Russo and Dixie for agreeing to pay them to lay on a couch and collect a check. I'd do the same if I were Matt

I would have stayed and worked the best that I could. Matt is never going to get the same recognition that Jeff gets. The guy could become WWE champion 10 times and probably would be forgotten to Jeff. Matt still has a name. But, he needs to understand that he can also wrestle. Jobbing isn't that bad as long as Im getting bank at the end of my 6 minutes in the ring. Matt's destiny is in his own hands. I would think TNA will be courting him quite soon. I mean if Shannon Moore can get a deal, I don't see why Matt can't.
