Possibility with NJPW.

I vote for one of these:

1. Dangerous Wrestling Universe
2. Dangerous Wrestling Dens
3. Dangerous Wrestling Worlds

Please suggest a video game name if you have any suggestions.

Also, Please name a few Wrestlers from those promotions. So I could create a custom Cover for the game.

I'd make a Wrestlemania MMORPG.
WORLD OF WRESTLE MANIACS
And it would be somewhat like the NBA2k street thingy where you have missions, you can fight other people online or offline matches, etc.
That would be fun and easily updatable. Create your character, try to become famous, have monthly tournaments ladders, and a big tournament at the end of each month and qualify for the end of the year tournament.

So yeah that's my idea
