I would invest it and start my own fitness company. This company would produce various gyms and fitness clubs across the globe. With enough profit, I would eventually branch out into the product market and start with your supplements(I.e weigh, mass gainer, creatine , bcaas, etc) In this time period with a substantial amount of wealth, I would sponsor bodybuilders and fitness competitions such like Mudrudder and Spartan Races.
