Having that match to open the show does sound like a sucky idea, and even more so since they have fewer viewers that first hour. Will they use that to set up for Punk to gripe about not being the ME and the attention not being on the champion at the end of the show?

I see CM Punk having a promo talking about how the Big Show got lucky last week, and it won't happen at Summerslam, then Big Show comes out and cuts him off. They talk about the match at Raw 1000 then AJ comes out. She tells them to fight and the match begins. I don't mind it since I know Big Show won't be in the main event.
