i just finished watching Raw.... My thoughts.. it was a total shithouse show.. Orton/hardy was the best match but the other matches didnt even past 3:50 mark... (now how are they going perform a good watchable match with a length under 3:50)

But the one thing i dont get. Cyber sunday is soon

the match making for this week raw

Orton facing all 3 choices on a Free TV show....

that they weren't for the championship, but still...

Orton/Hardy was the only pinfall finish out of the 3...the other 2 had different ending But WWE your not going gain more buyrates by doing this.. Infact you are probably going lose people from buying it. because you air the matches on Free TV..

Now i didnt have any intention order C.sunday whatsoever... my ordering live ppv died around 2005.. because WWE wasn't the same and when i got tna they changed for the worst (not because of wrestlers tho)...

But if WWE wanted more buyers you wouldnt showcase the 3 matches on free TV, that are going be on one of the 3 main events for cyber sunday...

But hey... It would of been better if instead of these 3 matches on raw, WE got an Orton vs Paul London or someone else (non title) and Had an HBK vs Hardy vs Kennedy... Or an Hardy/Kennedy/HBK with orton as special ref.. It would keep people thinking and it wouldnt do any harm to your PPV....

But that is my random thought..

yeah that was stupid having all 3 oponents face orton on free tv & they had triple h vs umaga in a dark match in a street fight wwe is really losing it should of had a tag match as the me or orton face someone else

Ok...

1. A dark match street fight is just like having a match at a house show because that is essentially what it was. They have WWE Title matches at house shows and the have what would be "blow off" matches at house shows. You'd know this if you'd bothered to do some research.

2. How do you expect the WWE to build any kind of heat for this feud if they dont involve the wrestlers together somehow? If they just came out and did promos youd be bitching "WHY ISNT KENNEDY WRESTLING? WHY ISNT HARDY WRESTLING? WAH WAH WAH" It's bullshit. People have become HYPERCRITICAL of the WWE and it's really fucking stupid IMO.

^^^Cenamark now an Ortonmark? Well yeah maybe tag matches are good, but having him face all of them 1 on 1, then telling people that one of that matches will be your main event at the next PPV IMO is just plain stupid.

I know..Thats just ridiculous. How can they give away the potential match on free tv. Especially agaisnt guys he has wrestled a million times before.

I wanted CS to be Orton vs HBK 29, now that it will be Orton/HBK 31, I'm not watching.

We've already seen Orton take on all three guys NUMEROUS times. None of these are "dream matches" for that very reason and many more. So you don't need to "protect it" like you would Rock/Hogan or HBK/Angle. How many times did Rock and Austin fight on free TV during the "Attitude" Era and no one bitched then did they? You don't go with what you have planned you go with what you think the crowd will buy and the crowd bought it. Just because the smarks didn't doesn't mean shit.

Secondly, the matches on RAW weren't spoiling the PPV because THE OUTCOME WILL BE DIFFERENT! It's not like they're going to replay the match he had with whoever wins the voting. Those matches were used to push the Hardy/Kennedy feud and HBK/Orton feud.


One more thing, they had Kurt Angle vs. Sting on Impact a while back.....a 6 minute long match that ended in Team Cage beating them both down. Now that's how you spoil a dream match.

Ok, didnt you just say something about Pushing a fued? I think you did. Cage beating them both up continued the fued for all 3 which ended up a 3 way at Sacrifice. We all knew that Angle and Sting would meet later on down the road anyways

Ok I know for a fact that I haven't added anything to this conversation so here's a shot......This was obviously used to push both feuds ie Orton&HBK and Hardy& Kennedy because everyone knows that Orton will face HBK at CS and not any of the other two no matter how much I vote for Hardy......both feuds look like they could prove something HBK and Orton we have seen plenty of times but htey can be very entertaining.....and the Kennedy & Hardy feud could be very good

i got nothing wrong with next week tag match.. but if you going have one of these matches on PPV.. wouldnt try not to have it on Free TV before hand... that is what i am trying to get at. WCW use to do it alot in 2000.. they came out for the worst of it...
