What if Cena gets injured

I think this will finally give other wrestlers a chance at being on top. WWE would probably put the title on Orton if Cena gets injured....

btw, Cena has been going non-stop for years now, when the hell is he gonna take some time off!?

If Cena were to get 'seriously' injured, which required him to take time off TV (not just a niggling injury he could wrestle through), then Orton would likely get the belt, 'injuring' Cena after the match, continuing his new adjusted attitude, as well as increasing his status, in preperation for Triple H's return. It would also set up another future feud for Orton (adding to HBK/Triple H/RVD).

Nobody can carry that title today like Cena besides a few ie, HHH, Undertaker. I disagree i think the fans would still watch RAW no matter who gets injured and i know Randy will draw good maybe not as good as Cena now but in time as good or better.

If Cena got injured then Orton would have to get the title atleast until HHH comes back. Because honestly there's nobody he could really drop it to. It's too early for Kennedy and Booker, who are both coming off injuries and Orton is the only one actually doing something storyline worthy that would make sense for him to get the title.

Logically orton would be the best pick, BUT this is wwe and with HBK, HHH, and Cena out...they would look to Black Lesnar, i mean Bobby Lashley. Orton was in the doghouse anyways. I mean, they'd give it to Batista before Orton.

Randy Orton would be nice , but it would not happen in like a million years.
Kennedy is injured/Just coming back so it would'nt be him.
Same goes for King Booker.
Most likely that its Bobby Lashley , he usally gets the whole spotlight.
