I dont watch TNA on a regular basis. Hell, I don't think I'll start watching TNA just cause they acquired some big names, and some old ones. But what happens when all this wears off?

People aren't going to be talking about this for years and years to come. Sure, Hogan, Bischoff and who ever else has jumped on the band wagon. But how long do you think this 'honeymoon phase' will last?

It depends on if they go live, it does cost more money to go live but it's not like they're traveling or anything. If they put impact on Monday at the 8-10 slot live then I say a good chance or even if it's live on Thursday or even the possibility of a second show. see if tna puts on even a second show and draws their usual ratings then it will last for quite a while just becuase of the network they are on, Tna is Spike TV's second biggest draw I believe besides the UFC so they are set on spike as long as they don't get in a bad relationship with spike. If TNA were on another network then I say not too long but they are in a good spot with spike

I think they did a great job of planting the seeds for storylines that will carry out for quite a while. I just think it'll come down to if they're smart enough to know when enough is enough with guys like Hall, Nash and Waltman and when to write them out of story lines. Just use them to put a few younger guys over and call it a day.

TNA definitely needs to go live. Ratings won't improve if you can just look up what happened. That's why Raw gets high ratings, its unpredictable. You can have all the big names you want on TNA, but if its possible to read what happens beforehand, then you are back at square one.

I am sure iMPACT! ratings will improve just a little on Thursday, nothing earth shattering though...unless its live.

TNA going live would be great. With them taping taping two shows in two days, then not airing them until 4 days and then nine days spoilers are everywhere. I try and stay away from spoilers for iMPACT but sometimes can't resist. Sure there maybe problems/chaos backstage or behind the scenes, but after a while it wont be.

That's why Raw gets high ratings, its unpredictable.
