It's a little hard to believe he used to be the prototype MMA fighter. Since he lost to Cung Le two years ago, he hardly looks great anymore. Nick Diaz really kicked his ass and now I'm wondering if he's even a draw anymore. It's too bad he hates Dana White because his only chance would be Shamrock vs. Ortiz 2.

Honestly, I dont' care. He's done and he doesn't know it. Which is good because as a hater, I get to see his ass whipped and humiliated again and again.
He is done whether he likes it or not. He was really sucking towards the end of his run and he is a shitty commentator too.
^^^Ouch, when did you start the hate? I liked him a little more after the fight with Baroni 3 years ago but after Diaz he looked done to me.
I was never a Frank Shamrock fan. I never spoke out about it unless the discussion about him was brought up, and here on IWF we never really talked about him until now. I saw most of his fights from the past 4 years and he never really impressed me at all. His knee to Gracie in 2007 was a joke. He was warned earlier in the fight about the knees, but then he nailed Gracie with two knees which ultimately DQ'd him. Stupid move.
