Well, I want to The Rock lose his belt and Punk wins it and in WM a triple threat match and Undertaker's return
Don't think any belts will change hands. We'll get the feuds to build for WM, Rock/Cena/(Punk), Punk/Taker (if Taker wrestles), HHH/Brock, Henry/ADR, Ziggler/Jericho, etc etc

I'm losing faith on a WWE belt redesign. Punk should have done it on his one year celebration as champion. Then the next opportunity came when The Rock won the title. My fear is that Cena wins it at Wrestlemania and changes it himself, which would be lame.

That would be an ideal situation, relinquishing his top spot to someone and having them introduce the belt design that replaces the old one that was introduced when Cena entered the main event scene. If they were gonna get rid of it before then by now, I think Punk destroying it after MITB 2011 (like he promised) would have been best. I don't think the belt looks that bad really, at least it doesn't spin anymore.
