At 42, "One Of A Kind" Rob Van Dam is still going strong. He's in great shape, and he continues to use methods of Yoga, and Martial arts to stay that way. Rob had a nice run with TNA this past year, and he seemed fluent in the ring.

But what can we expect of RVD in the WWE?

I'm not expecting RVD to win the Bank, but I do expect him to play a large role in it. But I'm wondering, is this guy back for a few years, or is this just a one time appearance? It seems like he signed the dotted line, but I'm not sure of it yet.

I hope to see him stick around, and feud with guys such as Fandango, or Curtis Axel.

What are you guys's expectations and predictions?

We'll have to see how well he performs in the ring before making any kind of call just yet.

If he's still diving out of the ring while other people are holding ladders for some dramatic effects, than yes he still belongs in the big time. If he isn't half as fresh as he was when he first came in the company, than maybe they should cut down his appearances. I can't imagine he'll play that big of a role, I mean there had to have been a reason he was kept off the wrestlemania 23 MITB and that was 6 years ago... right?

That's what you've heard, but the last thing I'd ever believe is some kid on the internet talking shit. Especially considering we don't entirely know the source yet.

This is one of those seeing is believing situations, my friend. So as soon as I see how well he does, that's when I think it'll be safe to say where he goes from there. I will say this though - at 42 years old, I definitely don't see him at World title caliber.

Because Undertaker didnt win the title a few years ago at 44.

But I don't think he'll win the world title, I think he'll just show off his ability in some high profile feuds. TBH I want to see him feud with Randy Orton. I'm sure he'll be bouncing around in the upper midcard for his entire run. Maybe he'll get a nice match at WM XXX to finish off his run.

Oh wow, one superstar whose pride to entertain fans exceeds that of their physical incapabilites. (UT's hip is all fucked up) Honestly Sabes, we all know Taker's a once in a lifetime cat. Nobody will be like that.. use your head once in a while. So next time you wanna use that comparison, think a little bit.

Agreed. Taker is a Phenom.

Robbie Van Dam is a different sitch.

WWE PG just puts such a limit on his character.

I imagine his stoner friendly personality will be dialed down immensely which is what I loved about watching him. Not to mention with chair shots to the head being banned, no blood.. it just won't be the same RVD we saw back in the day. It's a shame, but just like anybody else in the world he needs the money.

He wants to be big again. He said WWE did more to promote him in an 18 second video than TNA did in 3 years. He said people would come up to him and ask him why he retired. He wants to be The Whole Fuckin Show again

The "RVD being in good shape" thing came from his recent iPPV match with Tommy Dreamer. It was the general consensus from most people who saw the show.

I can't see him being World Champ, I see him in a similar role to Chris Jericho, a fresh face for the mid card/upper mid card. His TNA run sucked ass, so hopefully he's more motivated this time around.

I like the suggestion of Axel vs RVD. Nothing gets a young cocky 2nd generation star over like beating down a legend. (see: Orton vs Foley)

What these two chaps said. I can't see RVD ebing good for much else than his high spots in big matches and putting over new talent.

I can see a big push for Fandango going over on RVD.
