I have a web domain & host registered (Hawk Host).
I am looking to make a classifieds website.
Problem is... I am new to this & unless I have pre-formatted coding to edit.. I don't know squat! lol
I have no clue how to install/edit software or where to even go to just simply put "under construction" on the main page. I am such a noob. haha Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Just as a quick question: Wouldn't it have been smarter to learn all of that/made sure you had all the components you needed before buying domain space? Seems a bit like starting at step 3 instead of 1. You could have registered for some free hosting to play around with and learnt at first before going for making the full on website.

It was only $50 for a year so I wanted to just see if I can do it.
And Once I figure out where to start, I can easily edit the website.
I know html & css and what not. Just nothing about starting haha.

I love how simple that looks by the way. Good find! I haven't been able to find a basic looking classifieds software. I don't want nothing fancy. Similar to Craigslist but with my own flair & logo. I already have the logo made up. Had to draw it, scan it & photoshop it.

Of course.

Wow! Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! I'll let you know about the laptop soon as I see if we are fixing the Toshiba or buying a new one... I We will likely get a new one and I am definitely liking that Acer after reading about it.
