Ok, Swifties: You'll never ever believe this, and we are never ever gonna get over it (OK! We're done with the puns... for now), but there's some* mayjah Taylor Swift news circling the office here at MTV, and we need to share. After releasing a too-cute-for-words lyric video, the 2012 MTV VMA performer will premiere her brand-new video for the can't-get-it-out-of-our-heads single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" on "MTV First: Taylor Swift" on Aug. 30 at 7:49pm. In the words of everybody's favorite (OK, my favorite) jock jam... are you ready for this?? (What? If the Spice Girls are back, give me one good reason why I can't make another reference from the year 1996.)
