Was Mick Foley the greatest mic worker of all time?

Just watched some Foley promos and is it just me who gets the impression he's the best mic worker of all time?

He could do comedy :



He could do serious :




He could get you emotionally invested in him and his stories :







I know many say The Rock due to his legendary insults but I never believed he could sell a serious feud as well as Foley can.

So what do people think? Is Mick the greatest mic worker of all tine? If so why and if not who would you say is and why? The only people who come as close in diversity are Raven and Austin but Foley beats both fall me.

He was good, but I wouldn't say the best. The fans would actually have to get into what they star is saying and I think they will always remember Foley for his Hardcore Matches against Undertaker, Orton, ect.

He's up there. I still put Stone Cold, Rock and Jericho ahead of him. But Foley is definitely underrated. He's incredible on the mic, especially his feud with Orton I LOVED that.
