so according to (classified info/film website of some sort) there are talks of possibly bringing back Tommy Lee Jones so he can reprise his historically great role in the critically acclaimed 1997 Block-Buster-Box Office Smash Hit about a deep and mysterious Volcano underground the city of angels(not the crow)..LA(los angelous).....the film was a moneumental cinamatic achievement and gained great reviews and garnered a huge-devout loyal fanbase.
....so :music_whistling_1: the question on everyone's mind was "WHEN?"...
when will the filmmakers choose to make the heavily hyped Sequel to Volcano?
well according to the director himself, he had this to say in a 1999 E! Channel interview;
"Ohh-Man, God..where to begin...we'll basically have to do the impossible and top ourselves from the smashing success of the first one, and the only way to do that is to have an oscar-worthy film within the second one...so gosh, that amount of pressure and the budget that the sequel would require would be enormeous and almost completely off the charts of impossibility...but never say never.."
well that interview was around 9 years ago...but the director has finally accepted the idea of making the second film in the Volcano Franchise.
in a (very-recent) interview, the studio and director both acknowledged that they'll make the anticapated sequel...
"yep...with today's techknowledgey and such...without a doubt we'll be able to do it...but we still have to do even more so then that...which is why...instead of ONE-volcano in Los Angelous...we'll have TWO..at the same time....a double eruption!"
so I guess thats the long awaited "YES"...

Possible Story Premise:
9 years after mount saint kobe exploded, the city of LA is at peace...or so they thought, and just as Mike Roke(tommy lee) is about to retire, on his last day on the job, the same volcano erupts....mike says "here we go again..." ...and just as he's about to launch an all out water-gun attack on the volcano, a second one in the distence erupts...thus causing TWO at the Same Time....the city of LA is not big enough for the both of Them.....so Mike and his LA officials decide to side with the original volcano in hopes that it'll fight back the new bigger and badder volcano...
so its basically...
the good volcano vs the bad one...(whoa!?)
so to me...this sounds like a pretty solid movie...

but I'll be honest and tell you all that I'm Marking Out BIG-TIME FOR THIS FILM!!!
