Its not too bad. Im not a big fan of square sigs, but its not that bad. I think you tried a bit too hard to blend the b/g image. You can hardly see it. Other than that, it looks a bit blurry, but you'l learn. Nice job for a begginer.

good for your first attempt, keep it up, i have also tryed to explain to you in the sig tutorial by butters.....hope that helps.

it looks kinda imo for my likes, i think you need to add something towards the bkg that could kinda semi blend with what you added as a psd and a logo.
