Documents filed with the SEC and posted on WWE's Corporate website Wednesday show that Vince McMahon converted 450,000 shares of Class B Common stock into 450,000 shares of Class A Common stock. Vince now owns 81.8% of WWE's total voting power.

So if Vince is retaking more voting power on the WWE board, could we see Vince retake even more control as time goes on? Do you think we can see the McMahon's as the sole owners of the company once again?

Guess that gives more power to the company and not the outside investors. Good thing, but not if it goes solely to Vince.
