I'm indifferent, the arena doesn't really matter to me. But he should definitely sue, just for the hell of it.

It wasn't an honest mistake. It was someone breaking a legal contract. The Denver Nuggets owner fucked up bigtime, and he is lucky this isn't 50 years ago, because he would have gotten his legs broken.
