:hmm:

Interesting.

I guess the injury's not kayfabe...

But it does go to show you that Punk was retaining one way or another.

Yeah this one seems to be legit. I usually let all the facts come out before giving an opinion just because it often is kafaybe

WWE’s website published an article with a statement from Vince McMahon. Here is what the article reads.
WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon has released a statement through his office, speaking to the developing situation surrounding the WWE TLC pay-per-view. Because of the previously reported knee injury to WWE Champion CM Punk, suffered this past Monday night on Raw, Punk is unable to compete at WWE TLC against Ryback Sunday, Dec. 16.

In the statement, Mr. McMahon also announced that a Six-Man Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match has been added to the pay-per-view, in which Ryback will team up with WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No to battle The Shield. Furthermore, for the first time ever, the winner of this TLC Match will be determined via pinfall or submission.

Yup, seems to be a good idea although now the miz and randy orton are going to wonder why the shield attacked them. Huge plot hole because of this.

They've given Daniel Bryan (one of the kayfabe angriest men in WWE) and Kane access to tables, ladders and chairs along with guys like Ambrose and Rollins. This match will be good.

If It's a TLC shouldn't that mean no tags anyway?

To be fair Kane could probably do some bitching things as well. Let Reigns brawl with Ryback and Kane and let Ambrose, Bryan and Rollins "dance" in the ring.

Also to quote Farooq on twitter. "Rollins and Bryan co-headlining a WWE PPV? Not sure if Ring of Honor or WWE"

I'd be surprised if they didn't to be honest. It's quite good story fodder. Ryback can claim Punk to be faking it and such. It would have even worked had Punk been forced to surrender the title. He could have claimed that his reign/streak was never broken and go on a BITW tirade. Cue Undertaker music.
