Apparently Lesnar told a WWE higher-up that he remains in contact with earlier this year that he would be willing to make a one shot, high paying return at WrestleMania and do a clean job, for the right price. The idea was nixed by Vince McMahon who at the time was still bitter over how Brock left the company and the legal battles that followed.

Hell, telling Hogan and Big Show no was one thing, because WWE contacted them at they were the ones that made them all complicated, but saying no to Lesnar, that was the one pulling for JOBBING, that is something else. Do you picture Cena making Lesnar tap?

Its all about $$$$ though. Brock would have wanted superstar money, something Vince shouldnt have to pay the guy who walked out on him. Both sides are playing hardball. Not to mention we already seen Cena vs Brock several times.

Maybe Lashley vs Lesnar for the battle of the billionares.
Lashley for Trump still, So Vince could keep his representative a secret, til 'Mania. Fans would be like,"Well who's he gonna get to fight for his hair?", then Vince could do segments to keep us guessing, and have him on a cell phone and have him mention something about him never thinking he'd do this. And so on Mania day,it'd be a surprise, and it kinda makes sense, since Vince is all about being a billion dollars,so he wouldn't be too bothered to select the services of Brock Lesnar. that story/feud could'a worked.

I was only saying an example, but Lesnar could have fought the Battle of the Billionaires against Lashley.

It will probably be Lashley vs. Lesnar, but I'd rather have Orton vs. Lesnar, TBH.

I agree. Have we all forgot Lesnar vs Goldberg so fast? Lesnar vs Lashley would be the blind leading the blind. A no sell punch fest.

I would rather See HBK Vs Lesnar or Lesnar vs Edge or Lesnar vs benoit (again) rather than lesnar vs Lashley...

Vince is the stupidest man on the planet, but Lesnar was probably greedy about it.

Man,I'm sure Lesnar heard about the 65 to 81 thousand fans in Ford Field,so he might've wanted to be a part of it, cause c'mon he's human. Hell I'd wanna perform in front of a crowd like that. and plus Lesnar vs Lashley is a dream match and it would've actually been good when compared to the Lumberjack matches and Kane/khali.

Vince would never let Lesnar back in because Vince doesn't want to look like a fool, plain and simple.

Pretty sure we aren't getting the full story here. Brock was probably willing to do the job if Vince was willing to let him out of his North American no compete clause.

That makes far more sense given the situation and makes sense for Vince to say no.
