I knew that "Mr. Mcmahon" always went off the deep end verbally, but during his feud with the Undertaker, he crossed the legal line. Please, check out this video and tell me that Vince qualifies as capital felon material under most civilised countries' laws...

How on earth did he get away with something like this?

Uh... Because it's a TV show? Undertaker and Kane are murderers, Kane himself is a rapist, Vince drugged his own wife, people constantly assault each other out of the ring, and that's only the top of the list. Laws don't really work in WWE land

It may be a TV show, but I always saw Vince putting raw emotion into his voice that I can't help but find convincing.

Let's look at the legal side of this, shall we? How about we consider the charges that could be pressed against him?

Drugging his wife: coersion through substance abuse.

Getting William Regal and Stone Cold to kiss his butt so he can keep their jobs / Shawn Michaels to kiss his butt to let Marty Janetty sign on with the company again: disorderly conduct, extortion, indecent exposure.

Demanding that Paul Heyman brings the Undertaker to the pay per view in progress: arson threat, battery, extortion, terroristic threat, declaration of intent to orchestrate kidnapping of minors and rape of an adult, declaration of intent to commit first degree murder in public.

These are just a few of 'Vinnie Mac's' theoretical crimes for his rap sheet. Would you all care to add to the itinerary or mention charges I am unaware of to improve the ones already listed?

I have to say that in all the forms of entertainment, wrestling has got to be the most fortunate. Long before the aforementioned acts were carried out, the company should've been shut down. I actually stopped watching because of how sordid the programming was getting and I only picked up on it again because it's no longer as bad as it was by comparison.

Now, here's a question I would like to ask to help further the discussion: being a first time offender, Vince may have gotten suspended sentances for what he'd done and gotten alternative ones. What do you think they would have been and how long would the suspended sentences have lasted?

You know Vince and Taker are practically best friends, yeah?

No, I didn't.

Gosh, if they hadn't been friends, imagine what would have happened.

According to a sentance calculator, for kidnapping and sexual abuse alone, Vince could have gotten 360 months to life, if he'd pled guilty. Add 1st degree murder to the mix, and he'd have gone in for life.

Yeah, read about about that. Nailz brought it up in the 1994 trial. I wonder how Vince got off the hook. How did he?
Nailz helped, he was too biased against Vince and made it look personal. Same with Bruno Sammartino in the Larry King Show in 92. I think Hogan and a few other guys tried to cover for him. In fact I heard one of the Wild Samoans I think was trying to intimidate a little

I see. Well, backstage politics always suck. They always upset the flow of the river and disrupt the careers of so many.

How well have I presented the charges against Vince? Would you add any to the list?
