Assassin's Creed 3 - LOVED two
WWE13 - Hoping the online works this year... lol
COD Black Ops 2 - What can I say, same stuff, $60 broker. hehe

WWE '13, Halo 4, Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, & Injustice: Gods Among Us. I don't know if the latter two fit your time criteria, but those are the only four games I feel I must play that haven't already came out.
