One FC head, Victor Cui always had a great relationship with the Philippines' top MMA promotion. Alvin Aguilar and the URCC brass have been working with them since they first started Martial Combat, up until One FC was conceived. Two of their biggest stars, Eduard Folayang and Eric Kelly making a huge impact on their debut event last September, and now they will move forward with this relationship as the two promotions have officially partnered up.

URCC officials have exclusively confirmed the news to BloodyElbow.com stating that they have finalized the deal with One FC during Victor Cui's recent trip to the Philippines.

Among the details on this partnership is an exclusive fighter sharing between the two promotions. The URCC will be sending fighters exclusively to One FC for Asian shows, and conversely, the URCC will be the only Philippine promotion that One FC can work with. While they can still send or share the top Filipino fighters on their roster to other promotions in the US, CNMI, Middle East, and other continents, this is a move towards trying to corner the Asian market for One FC, as they have also been reported to have secured similar deals with Korean and Thai promotions, Road FC and Dare.

Also coming from this partnership, is a planned URCC-OneFC co-promoted show in the Philippines, which is in the works for sometime around July 2012.

Aside from securing a deal with the Philippines' top MMA promotion, Cui's trip to the country also included a visit to the mountain province of Baguio, with the One FC honcho looking to finalize more deals with Team Lakay, the country's top camp which has produced multiple champions such as Folayang, Kevin Belingon, Roy Docyogen, and Honorio Banario among others.
