There's been numerous reports of a new Terminator film coming this year.

And my dream Amazon Sarah Conor (Linda Hamilton version) is in it.

I wonder how this will turn out with the last one being such a box office bomb.

I just hope they don't ruin the chance of Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger returning in the same film for a third time.

The Terminator franchise has been a pathetic mess ever since the 3rd film.

I will not be watching this film because I no longer wish to see a great idea

Well of course Linda Hamilton would say that...but I bet if she was in those
3 movies they wouldn't have been forgettable.

Also screw this franchise for bringing back an old, weather beaten Linda Hamilton.

She was incredible in Terminator 2...and now she looks like the crazy cat lady from
down the street.

Its just a sad, pathetic attempt to cash in on nostalgia...which is all this franchise has.
Empty out the retirement home! We need to make another half-arsed Terminator film!

Hollywood! Listen to Me!

Stop making Predator, Terminator & Alien (Xenomorph) films...these franchises haven't
produced a decent film since their second installments.

I agree with you both. This series good streak ended after the second.

But with the type of guy I am I love to give sequels and remakes to Iconic classics a shot before full judge. It's not going to be as good as the original but it doesn't mean it isn't going to be good at all

but after 3 failed films this has a lot to make up for...

That would be the somewhat "androgynous" Mackenzie Davis...
and she actually scrubs up quite well.

She was also in The Martian & Blade Runner 2049...
so she gets some cred points from me straight out
of the gate.

I love how all these female fronted films like Ghostbusters 2016 & Ocean's 8 have been
huge disappointments...yet the film industry keeps pushing the "Female First" message.

Guys...there have been strong female characters in visual fiction for years...this is nothing
new & writing the male characters as idiots to make the women look good is just pissing
half of your potential audience off.

A person's gender doesn't matter...just make sure the character they are portraying is
well written & performed.
