Update on Expiring TNA Contracts

According to PWInsider, TNA sources are indicating that the contracts for Bully Ray and Devon are set to expire in about three weeks. There have been negotiations between the two sides but the word making the rounds at the house shows over the weekend was that both wrestlers, specifically Ray, were angry over the way things were being handled, in particular the last minute nature of the re-negotiations.

Keep Ray definitely, probably the best heel in the company srs. Devon can go for me, drop the TV title to someone such as King and merge it with the X division title. They have too many midcard belts for one show.

Bully Ray is doing great in Impact Wrestling and is my favorite heel today. They need to keep them, he brings in ratings with his humorous attitude with the Twitter, and he is one of the top heels today. As for Devon I like him there too, I think he is a good wrestler and I like his matches, just wish he would give that Television Championship to someone else soon. If either of them go to WWE though, I doubt either of them would be used properly, especially if they aren't together.

PWInsider.com is reporting it seems almost certain that Bully Ray and Devon will be finishing up with TNA in the next few weeks as their contracts expire.

If this is the case, Devon would need to drop the TV title soon so if and when that happens, could be a confirmation of their departures.

Bully Ray has been handling the negotiations for them and isn't happy with how TNA has treated them in the process. Ray would be a significiant loss given his top heel status on television as well as acting as an agent backstage.

There is no word on if WWE is interested or reached out to them.

Bully Ray has right here, unfortunately. TNA waited too long, shame on them. I for God's name hope they'll stay.
