Update on a Possible Steve Austin vs. CM Punk Match

- WWE officials continue to toss around ideas for CM Punk's opponent at WrestleMania 29 in 2013. While Punk still wants the match against WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin, it may not happen. With WrestleMania 29 several months away, plans can and will change between now and then but WWE wants to have the top matches already in place.

Regarding a Punk vs. Austin match happening at WrestleMania 29, the latest word is that it's "more likely a no than a yes."

I'd be fine personally if he didn't fight Punk. A match with Punk would almost certainly end up as a semi main event. I would want one last Austin match to be the main attraction, just as it was with Rock. But I'm also fine with Austin never wrestling again personally.

Well, WWE's really been trying to use the legends to give us these big dream matches, and SCSA vs Punk has to be the biggest dream match they have left to offer. I'd be surprised if it didn't happen.
