The Undertaker appears to have been written off WWE TV for the foreseeable future after being destroyed by The Shield on last Friday’s SmackDown.
WWE officials are interested in having The Undertaker wrestle a match at this year’s SummerSlam pay-per-view.
Regarding Taker defending The Streak at WrestleMania XXX in 2014, there is already talk of Ryback getting the shot but some feel that John Cena would get the best reaction as far as the match itself goes

damn it, I was liking Taker being back, But it was nice while it lasted. Now, If WWE wants Cena Vs Taker or Ryback vs Taker, DO IT AT SUMMERSLAM! Not mania! Mania is meant to be the best of the best of the best and Taker's matches make that event some years and Cena and Ryback CANNOT DO THAT! The logical thing would be for Ambrose Vs Taker as they have already made foundations for that with The Shield Vs Taker short feud!

Already been posted I think.

Anyway, I don't have a problem with this. Taker is old as fuck, he's obviously not going to be able to work night in, night out. It's better for him to rest up, stay healthy and give us a good show in meaningful match.

I will literally vomit if they actually book Taker VS Ryback for the 30th anniversary of WrestleMania.
