UFC Fight Night 33 broadcast lineup complete with FOX Sports 1, FOX Sports 2, MMAjunkie cards
The broadcast lineup for next week’s “UFC Fight Night 33: Hunt vs. Bigfoot†event is complete with 12 total fights airing across six hours of programming on FOX Sports 1, FOX Sports 2 and MMAjunkie.
UFC Fight Night 33 takes place next Saturday, Dec. 7 at Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. However, due to the time difference between the two continents, the event airs live in North America on Friday, Dec. 6.
The night’s main event sees a heavyweight matchup between a pair of top-10 fighters, as New Zealand’s Mark Hunt, who sits at No. 9 in the latest USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie heavyweight MMA rankings, meets Antonio “Bigfoot†Silva, who currently resides in the No. 6 slot.
Rounding out the six-fight main card, which airs on FOX Sports 1 beginning at 9 p.m. ET are light heavyweights Mauricio “Shogun†Rua vs. James Te Huna, light heavyweights Ryan Bader vs. Anthony Perosh, heavyweights Pat Barry vs. Soa Palelei, middleweights Dylan Andrews vs. Clint Hester and bantamweights Alex Caceres vs. Mitch Gagnon.
The four-fight FOX Sports 2-televised preliminary card airs live at 7 p.m. ET and features Bethe Correia vs. Julie Kedzie, Takeya Mizugaki vs. Nam Phan, Caio Magalhaes vs. Nick Ring and Justin Scoggins vs. Richie Vaculik.
The night kicks off with a pair of early preliminary bouts that stream on MMAjunkie at 6 p.m. ET with Krzysztof Jotko vs. Bruno Santos and Alex Garcia vs. Ben Wall.
