On Saturday, March 26, UFC Fight Night 24 aired live on Spike TV from 10 p.m. – 12:13 a.m. ET and ranked as the number one program on cable for Men 18-34 and Men 18-49 for the entire day. The show peaked with 2.4 million viewers at 11:15 p.m. for the Dan Hardy vs. Anthony Johnson co-main event.

UFC Fight Night 24 was the most watched UFC Fight Night since Sept. 2009 when Nate Diaz fought Melvin Guillard in the main event and Gray Maynard fought Roger Huerta in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 19 in Oklahoma City.

Overall, UFC Fight Night 24 brought in a 2.2 rating for Men 18-49, 2.30 for Men 18-34, and a 1.5 household rating which attracted an average of 2.2 million viewers. Compared to last year, the event*improved the time slot ratings +315% for Men 18-49, +318% for Men 18-34, and +128% in viewership.

UFC Fight Night 24 took place at Key Arena in Seattle, Wash. It was the UFC’s first visit to Seattle and they put together a stacked card for the Spike TV audience.

Highlights of the night included Chan Sung Jung’s Twister submission of Leonard Garcia, Amir Sadollah’s second round submission-due-to-strikes of DaMarques Johnson, Anthony Johnson’s shut out of Dan Hardy, and Phil Davis’ unanimous decision over veteran Antonio Rogerio Nogueira in the main event.
