The UFC's calendar is full of big fights in upcoming months, and the promotion is providing a healthy amount of companion programming to help promote the events.

UFC officials recently announced "Countdown" specials for its next three pay-per-view events, which includes "UFC 135: Jones vs. Rampage," "UFC 136: Edgar vs. Maynard III" and "UFC 137: St-Pierre vs. Diaz."

All three "Countdown" specials debut on Spike TV, but the UFC's traditional event-preview show is also expected to air on Versus and HDNet.

UFC 135 featured a light heavyweight title fight between current champion Jon Jones and former champ Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and takes place Sept. 24 at Pepsi Center in Denver, Colo.

"Countdown to UFC 135" debuts Thursday, Sept. 22 at 11:03 p.m. ET/PT.

Featuring a lightweight title fight (and trilogy bout) between current champ Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard, as well as featherweight champ Jose Aldo putting his belt on the line against Kenny Florian, UFC 136 takes place Oct. 8 at Houston's Toyota Center.

"Countdown to UFC 136" debuts Monday, Oct. 3 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

UFC 137 takes place Oct. 29 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, and in the pay-per-view headliner, UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre takes on ex-Strikeforce champ Nick Diaz.

"Countdown to UFC 137" debuts Monday, Oct. 24 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

Very happy that UFC are producing Countdown for all these events. Each mainevent is a huge mainevent and they all deserve the television special. I am looking forward to seeing all these shows.
