UFC 141 Salaries: Find Out How Much Brock Lesnar Will Earn

Nevada State Athletic Commission executive director Keith Kizer sent out a list of disclosed fighter paydays to members of the mixed-martial-arts media today for Friday’s UFC 141: “Lesnar vs. Overeem” event.

The following are the disclosed pay offs to fighters who will compete on the card, which emanates from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Note: The following figures do not include the many undisclosed bonuses that UFC provides its’ fighters.

Key: Show Purse = If they show up and the fight starts.

-Brock Lesnar ($400,000 “show purse”) and ($0 “win bonus”) vs. Alistair Overeem ($264,285.71 “show purse”) and ($121,428.57 “win bonus”)

-Nate Diaz ($37,000 “show purse”) and ($37,000 “win bonus”) vs. Donald Cerrone ($30,000 “show purse”) and ($30,000 “win bonus”)

-Jon Fitch ($60,000 “show purse”) and ($60,000 “win bonus”) vs. Johny Hendricks ($26,000 “show purse”) and ($26,000 “win bonus”)

-Vladimir Matyushenko ($40,000 “show purse”) and ($40,000 “win bonus”) vs. Alexander Gustafsson ($16,000 “show purse”) and ($16,000 “win bonus”)

-Nam Phan ($8,000 “show purse”) and ($8,000 “win bonus”) vs. Jim Hettes ($8,000 “show purse”) and ($8,000 “win bonus”)

-Ross Pearson ($20,000 “show purse”) and ($20,000 “win bonus”) vs. Junior Assuncao ($8,000 “show purse”) and ($8,000)

-Danny Castillo ($19,000 “show purse”) and ($19,000 “win bonus”) vs. Anthony Njokuani ($12,000 “show purse”) and ($12,000 “win bonus”)

-Dong Hyun Kim ($41,000 “show purse”) and ($41,000 “win bonus”) vs. Sean Pierson ($8,000 “show purse”) and ($8,000 “win bonus”)

-Jacob Volkmann ($16,000 “show purse”) and ($16,000 “win bonus”) vs. Efrain Escudero ($10,000 “show purse”) and ($10,000 “win bonus”)

-Matt Riddle ($15,000 “show purse”) and ($15,000 “win bonus”) vs. Luis Ramos ($6,000 “show purse”) and ($6,000 “win bonus”)

-Manny Gamburyan ($18,000 “show purse”) and ($18,000 “win bonus”) vs. Diego Nunes ($12,000 “show purse”) and ($12,000 “win bonus”)

$400,000 minimum just for starting the fight and losing :/

Sponsorships, media and all of that will probably add on a healthy sum. Imagine how much Wrestlemania pays then if he was apparently tempted by the WM pay-check for appearing this year.

Brocks was one of the top 3 draws behind Manny and mayweather in the ppv market wasn't he? I'm surprised he doesn't pull in more per fight tbh.

Yeah there is alot of money in Brock. I'm not sure he'd want to come back though especially after seeing this :

He says he wants to label himself as a UFC fighter.

That doesn't surprise me to be honest. Brock's main selling point was who was going to knock the monster off his pedestal.

No idea on the date but it was the pre fight from the ovreem fight and it was uploaded on the 29th so I guess really recent.
