The UFC is headed back to the city of Toronto for a second time in 2011, where it hosted the most successful show in company history, co-owner Lorenzo Fertitta told ESPN.com on Tuesday.

UFC 140 will take place at the Air Canada Centre on Dec. 10.

Toronto held its first UFC event in April, eight months after Ontario became the sixth Canadian jurisdiction to sanction mixed martial arts. The event, UFC 129, was held at the Rogers Centre and remains the only stadium show in company history.

Headlined by a welterweight title fight featuring Canadian star Georges St. Pierre, UFC 129 shattered North American MMA gate and attendance records, drawing a crowd of 55,724 and a $12.075 million gate.

The previous records were 23,152 and $5,397,300 million, set at UFC 124 and UFC 66, respectively.

The Air Canada Centre is configured to seat 20,000. No fights have been announced for the December card at this time. It will be the third UFC card held in Canada in 2011.

Well GSP won't be on the card with him fighting at 137 unless they pull something out to get him back after only a short time off. Still will prob sell out though regardless of who is on the card.
