There have been a few changes to the UFC 138 card lately. With John Hathaway being forced off the card, the UFC hasn't stated what other fight will be bumped up to the main card in it's place. In addition, an undercard heavyweight fight has been tinkered with, and an additional welterweight bout was added. The card will take place on November 5th from Birmingham, England, and will be shown via tape delay on Spike TV. The main event is the first five-round non-title fight in UFC history, and features UFC veteran Chris Leben squaring off with rising star Mark Munoz. The co-main is a bantamweight showdown between Renan Barao and Brad "One Punch" Pickett. A will will elevate one of these guys into the elite at 135. Here's a rundown of the full card (the preliminary card is after the jump):

Nov 5th, live on Spike TV from Birmingham, England:
Main card:
Chris Leben (22-7) vs. Mark Munoz (11-2)
