Rashad Evans vs. Tito Ortiz - Round 1 - Tito throws a mid level kick that misses. Tito with a left hook and eats one in response by Rashad. Rashad landing some nice punches but Tito is doing his best to fire back. Shot by Tito and he gets the takedown against the fence. Rashad working to get to his feet and Tito keeps driving for the takedown. Rashad gets to his feet and Tito keeps working for a single but can't get it. Rashad opens up with big punches. Tito tries to fire back with knees but he was getting lit up by Rashad. Knee to the body by Ortiz as Rashad has him against the cage. Great elbow by Rashad. Evans with a huge slam takedown and opens up with big strikes. Rashad to side control now. Looking to trap an arm to end up in crucifix. Big punches by Rashad from top and the round ends. 10-9 Evans.
Round 2 - Tito tries to rush forward with punches and Rashad avoids with ease. Rashad drills Tito with a punch and looks for the takedown. Tito looking for a guillotine choke and it was deep but Rashad popped his head out. That was close to a huge moment for Tito. Evans to side control again. Rashad opening up with punches to Tito's head from side control and Tito gives the thumbs up. Rashad gets crucifix now. Tito gets his arm free after eating a few elbows. Tito tries to roll over using the cage but can't make it out. Rashad is just bullying and beating Tito up. Tito looks for a leg lock but Evans spins and is back on top in side control. Tito spins to his knees. Big knee to the body by Rashad hurts Tito badly and he falls to the ground, covering up as Rashad unloads with punches to the head to get the stoppage.
