Guillard looked confident and smooth, throwing a variety of kicks to a very stiff Roller. Guillard caught Roller with a left hook that dropped him and after getting back up, Guillard connected on a knee and followed it up with a straight left that flattened Roller. Three right hand hammer fists later and Roller was out cold with referee Josh Rosenthal calling the fight at 2:12.
Guillard (28-8-2-1) has won five straight and now has two straight wins by T/KO. The 28-year-old has been in the UFC since late-2005 and carries an 11-4 UFC mark.
After an eight-fight run in the WEC, Roller (10-4) made his UFC debut in March with a big KO win over Thiago Tavares. The 31-year-old went into Saturday on a two-fight win streak.
