http://forums.wrestlingsmarks.../mma/fighter/130786/rafael-dos-anjosMelvin Guillard (27-8-1, 9-4 UFC) will continue his march towards a possible lightweight title shot when he takes on WEC vet and decorated wrestler Shane Roller (10-3, 1-0 UFC) . This lightweight UFC 132 fight is the second on the televised portion of the card, which will be shown on Spike TV. The Spike TV telecast begins at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

How do these two stack up?

Guillard: 28 years old | 5'9" | 71" reach
Roller: 31 years old | 5'10" | 72" reach

What have these two done recently?

Guillard: W - Evan Dunham (TKO) | W - Jeremy Stephens (SD) | W - Waylon Lowe (TKO)
Roller: W - Thiago Tavares (KO) | W - Jamie Varner (SUB) | L - Anthony Pettis (SUB)

How did these two get here?

Melvin Guillard has been around the UFC for a long time, but it looks like he's finally getting his act together and is working towards the top of the division. He has always possessed the athletic ability and the skills to be a contender, but he wasn't able to put it all together. He's now 7-1 in his last eight fights, and is coming off arguably the biggest win of his career when he finished top prospect Evan Dunham at UFC Fight for the Troops 2 in January. Another win here puts him right in the conversation in a crowded lightweight division.

UFC 132: Interviews | Results | Fight CardShane Roller didn't lose much as a wrestler, but his MMA career has been less kind to him. He started out in the WEC with a loss to future champion Ben Henderson, but there's no shame in that. He picked up three wins in a row to get a # 1 contenders fight with Anthony Pettis, but lost by submission. He has rebounded with wins over Jamie Varner in his last WEC fight and Thiago Tavares in his UFC debut, and he'll look to cash in on a big opportunity by defeating Guillard.

Why should you care?

Dude, it's Melvin Guillard. When has he ever had a boring fight? He believes his own wrestling can keep this standing, and these two both knocked out their last respective opponents. What's not to like?
