Following a story.
"The Road to Rampage" rolls on with Week 4. Here, Matt Hamill takes a break from his training for Quinton Jackson and the UFC 130 main event to promote Hamill the Movie, plus we get to hear from the Hall of Fame Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly on both Hamill and the film:

So far, the film has been shown only at festivals, but it has done very well for itself, winning multiple Audience Awards. This is obviously a good thing, as the more attention it receives at festivals, the better chance there is of it seeing a wider distribution. That's a plus for not only Hamill, but for MMA as a whole, as he is the kind of inspirational figure that can help give the sport a more positive image in the general media.

While there's not much to say about the Rampage fight here, I do think this episode says a lot about how crucial this time is for Hamill. If he can defeat Rampage, and if the movie sees a wider release, this could be the year Matt Hamill becomes one of the top stars of the division. There's a great potential for him to really break-out here, but with that potential also comes a ton of pressure and distraction. Will the need to promote the film negatively impact his training? And will the pressure of its success, combined with the headlining spot, weigh heavy on his shoulders? This is all new territory for Hamill, and we'll get a good glimpse of how he deals with it in one week.

Readers - anyone had a chance to see Hamill the Movie yet? If so, give us some thoughts - would love to hear about it!
