Here's part 2 of The Rampage Diaries, a series that follows Quinton Jackson during his training camp as he prepares for his UFC 130 headlining bout against Matt Hamill. If you missed the first episode, you can check it out here.

This episode shows focuses on his training, with head coach Lance Gibson singing praises for Rampage's improvement on his swimming skills. They hired an Olympic swim coach since their last camp against Machida, and said that he has been improving a lot. I thought it was a bit funny though when Lance tried to exaggerate things by saying "This camp is unbelievable, this guy is doing 100 meters at times". For those who didn't know, that's just two laps in an Olympic sized pool. That aside though, swimming is obviously a very good addition to his training regimen as cardio has always been one of his biggest weaknesses.

The most notable moment of the video is where Jackson differentiates the 2 sides of him. Quinton, the fun-loving charismatic dude who hates training, and Rampage, a destroyer who steps in the cage and loves to fight. He says Quinton is a wuss that has to train, and Rampage just lays dormant until fight time.
