Royal Rumble Two Superstars To Return At The Royal Rumble

WWE's current plan is for Bo Dallas to make his return in the 30-man Royal Rumble main event later this month.

It was announced on November 3rd that Bo suffered a foot injury and would be out of action for 6-8 weeks.

There's also been a heavy push within WWE for Diamond Dallas Page to be a surprise entrant in the Rumble this year and he's expected to be in the match.

Good to see Bo Dallas coming back.

But, why DDP?

Not that I'm not a fan of DDP's and not that I don't see how he's helped so many guys put their lives in a better place (Scott Hall and Jake Roberts probably the most prevalent), but he's 58 years old. The only reason for him to make an appearance is if he's being inducted into the HoF this year, which would be a not-altogether-unwelcome honor for him.

As far as DDP goes, there's something that's just come to my mind. It may not be the best idea, but... If they decide to do HHH vs Sting, which they really should, instead of Taker vs Sting... Then, maybe they could do DDP vs Taker as Taker's retirement match.

Well, here's a little update...

As noted earlier, PWInsider reported that Diamond Dallas Page may be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble match this Sunday.

While it's possible, it should be noted that Page will be in Park City, Utah for the premiere of The Resurrection of Jake 'The Snake', which will kick off the 2015 Slamdance Film Festival this Friday morning. Page will be heading out this week for the festival, and is expected to stay there until the end of the month.

The Wrap also reports that Page, Scott Hall and Roberts will be hosting a Royal Rumble pay-per-view watch party this Sunday at their Sundance House in Park City, so he will have to skip his party to make the show.

As far as DDP goes, there's something that's just come to my mind. It may not be the best idea, but... If they decide to do HHH vs Sting, which they really should, instead of Taker vs Sting... Then, maybe they could do DDP vs Taker as Taker's retirement match.

Aw man whats DDP gonna do? I mean i'm looking for guys who weren't seen in the WWE in a long ass time, DDP has been making some appearances here and there it doesn't seem special. Bo doesn't really get me enthusiatic either.

It isn't certain yet if DDP will be making an appearance. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I honestly can't wait to see Bo back. If he cuts one of those BOLIEVE promos before entering the ring, I'll be satisfied.
