Two New Talents Signed By WWE

Northeast independent wrestler Smith James announced on Twitter that he’s been signed to a WWE developmental deal:

James was trained by former ECW World Champion & TNA announcer Taz at his finishing school on Long Island. Taz tweeted the following congratulatory message to James:

Referee Matt Bennett, who has worked for Jersey All Pro Wrestling, has also been signed to a WWE deal and reported to developmental this week.

Well, great for him. Don't know anything about the guy, hope he's talented.

It makes sense he was trained by Taz with that look.

Well if he was trained by Taz, I can trust that he isn't bad in the ring, he at least has to be decent. The only thing I question is his mic skills, I wonder how well he can pull off promos or anything when he has mic time.

damn he's big and not the kind WWE loves either. He's gotta have some kind of talent if they signed him though. I tried to watch one of his matches but it didn't work out too well
